Dear Customer,
o'clock studio will never — under any name or for any reason — ask you for financial account details or credit card information by text message or phone, nor will we ask you through these channels to visit a bank counter or operate an ATM.
If you receive such a call or text, please stay alert and do not trust instructions from unknown callers. If you have any doubts, please contact o'clock studio immediately, or call the National Police Agency's 165 Anti-Fraud Hotline to verify.
If you receive calls from unknown numbers beginning with "+", "+2", or "+886", please be especially cautious, and watch out for spoofed numbers or callers impersonating specific companies, banks, or judicial authorities. Please also avoid clicking unknown links, or accepting LINE friend invitations and messages from people you don't know.
Common scams use claims such as a "duplicate order" or an "accidentally set-up installment payment" to win your trust, and then ask you to carry out online-banking or ATM steps. If the matter concerns your bank account, please call your bank directly. If a caller asks you to operate an account or hand over personal information, please simply refuse — this greatly reduces the risk of fraud.
We also recommend changing your password regularly, strengthening it (mixing uppercase and lowercase letters with numbers), and not entering your account or password on public computers, to keep your information secure.
Wishing you all the best,
o'clock studio
