Delivery Methods
Shipping partners:
- Home delivery: by Taiwan Post (Taiwan main island and outlying islands only)
- Convenience store pickup: 7-ELEVEN, FamilyMart (stores on Taiwan main island and outlying islands)

- Delivery time: 2–3 days

- Delivery time: 4–5 days
- Coverage: Taiwan main island
- Postal delivery (outlying islands)
- Delivery time: 5–7 days
- Coverage: Taiwan outlying islands
Shipping Notes
- After your order is placed (not counting the order date), in-stock items are dispatched within about 1 working day, excluding weekends and public holidays.
- Shipments are arranged Monday to Friday, 14:00–15:00.
- During holiday periods with high order volumes, or due to force majeure such as natural disasters, dispatch may be delayed.
- If you choose [Home delivery]: actual delivery timing depends on the route arranged by the courier driver.
- If you choose [Convenience store pickup]: please watch for the arrival SMS and collect your parcel within 7 days of its arrival. Please do not leave it uncollected without reason; any resulting shipping loss will be borne by the customer.
